POLICIES

PLEASE READ OVER THESE IMPORTANT POLICIES BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Because every guest’s experience is important to us, we ask that you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your salon appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We hope you understand the need for these policies. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Running Behind

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to
  • provide the service you have scheduled, and the cancellation fee will apply, 50% of
  • service. We may request that you reschedule as courtesy to the next guests booked after you.

CANCELLATIONS

  • With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved. Some appointments require a consultation and retainer (50% of service) All new clients and clients booking online will require a credit card to put on file. All cancellation policies remain the same.

Personal Items

  • We provide smocks for our guests to protect their clothing.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damaged articles.

LOVE YOUR HAIR

  • In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, adjustments can be made based on the original consultation. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look – and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service. All adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of original appointment. Adjustments must be booked with the original stylist when possible.

RETAIL RETURNS

  • We offer complete exchanges on all products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for something that suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given a full credit towards purchasing another product or the total value in a gift card.
